Custom Enclosure Clamp
Prior to the repair, a site visit takes place to obtain a measurement of the leaking apparatus. A custom PVC or Aluminum enclosure or flange-to-flange clamp is produced, installed, and the cavity filled with our sealant.
Injectable Cap Nuts/Washers
Designed to replace the existing nuts
and allow for them to be injected with sealant.
Drill & Inject (D&I)
The gasket grove is drilled and injected with our sealant followed by placement of brass plugs.
Our sealant is a rubber based compound that can easily be removed within minutes by our clients’ technicians.
Transformer Repairs
Repairs most leaks by hydraulically injecting sealant, without draining or depressurizing equipment.
Includes Repairs to:
- Radiator Isolation Valve Flanges and Stems
- Electrical Bushing Leaks
- Welds and Threaded Fittings
- Access Cover Plates and Tap Changers
Circuit Breaker Repairs
Addresses all sources of SF6 gas leaks. Our custom solution is the most cost effective for long term solutions.
Includes Repairs to:
- SF6 Gas Circuit Breaker and Switch Leak Repairs at porcelain and base mounting flange or bushing end cap
- Oil Circuit Breaker Leak Repair, similar to transformer oil leaks
3D Scanner Technology
